I've been working with Jonathan for about 3 months now, and in that short time .....he's created a plan tailored to my personal weight training goals. He keeps me motivated to push harder and is VERY vocal on both my strengths and my weaknesses , while working with me to maintain the FOCUS , and address any CONCERNS , so that i will continue to improve.!!!
